Sierra Valley Stargazing
Saturday, August 11
FRLT brings you an evening of good company, pot-luck style camp dinner, and the big starry sky of Sierra Valley. The night of August 11-12 is one of the peak viewing times for the annual Perseid Meteor Shower. This event is weather dependent and we will keep this page updated with info as the gathering gets closer. So stay tuned!
Want to spend the night? There are limited (dry) camping options for those with small trailers or tents. Call Vanessa at the FRLT office if you want to camp or have questions. 530-283-5758.
We hope you can make it out to the Maddalena Ranch for this fun experience.
