Sierra Valley Stargazing
Saturday, August 11
Event update: We will start at 6pm to minimize exposure to smoke. The event is still on but please be informed that there is an Air Quality Health Advisiory in effect until Monday. Take care of yourself! Have event questions? Call the FRLT office at 530-283-5758 by 4pm on Friday 8/10 at the latest.
FRLT brings you an evening of good company, pot-luck style camp dinner, and the big starry sky of Sierra Valley. The night of August 11-12 is one of the peak viewing times for the annual Perseid Meteor Shower.
The event will be at the Maddalena Corrals on A-24. We hope you can make it out to the Maddalena Ranch for this fun experience.
