Resources for Practitioners
In October 2012, Learning Landscapes Coordinator Rob Wade and FRLT's Executive Director Paul Hardy presented a workshop on Learning Landscapes at the 2012 National Land Conservation Conference (aka "the Rally").
The following resources, which were presented at the conference, are shared here as potential tools and templates for creating your own program:
- PowerPoint: Learning Landscapes: Nurturing a Child's Relationship to Land and Learning. Lots of great photos included.
- Learning Landscapes Overview: Conserve, Enhance, Support. This short document provides a useful overview for sharing the vision for a Learning Landscapes-style program with colleagues and potential partners
- Sample Planning and Tracking Worksheets
- Sample Landowner MOU
- Sample Property Use Guidelines
